During the current pandemic, our children are spending more time online than ever before. It is important that they have a good understanding of how to stay safe and have regular reminders. In addition to our weekly newsletter ‘Be Safe, Be Thankful, Be Present’, we will also be updating this webpage with extra activities and guidance for those that would like it.
Think U Know is the education programme from NCA-CEOP, a UK organisation which protects children both online and offline. They have lots of useful information for parents – all you have to do is visit their website and click on ‘Parent/Carer’ to access these. We have uploaded here the home activity packs they have available on their website. They have some brilliant talking points and follow up activities for children of all ages. You will also find the link below where you can access the packs for older children.
Before downloading the home learning packs, read their Parents and Carers Helpsheet. This contains key online safety advice and links to their resources, as well as support services.
